2. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: until 11:00. All guests must present a valid ID upon arrival; their data is recorded in the National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK) according to Hungarian law. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible after prior agreement and for an extra fee. Please always lock the door when leaving and return all keys and remote controls on departure. Lost keys are subject to a 30,000 HUF lock replacement fee.

3. Identification and data
Under current Hungarian law every guest, regardless of age, must present a valid personal identification document. Data is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

4. Payment and tourist tax
The accommodation fee is paid before arrival, while the local tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer. The amount of the tourist tax (IFA) is determined by the local municipality.

5. Quiet hours and community rules
Please respect the house rules of the building and the local noise regulations. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Loud music, parties, or any activity disturbing neighbours is strictly prohibited.

6. Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire apartment. Violating the smoking ban will result in an additional cleaning fee.

7. Visitors
Only registered, checked-in guests may use the apartment. For safety reasons, no unregistered persons may stay or spend the night in the property. The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed in the booking. Visitors are only allowed with the host’s prior written consent, regardless of the duration of the visit. In case of violation, the host may immediately terminate the stay without refund. If you decide to leave earlier, unused nights are non-refundable.

8. Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior agreement and explicit approval from the host, and an additional fee may apply.

9. Cleaning
The apartment is handed over clean. Daily cleaning is not provided during your stay, only upon special request. For stays longer than 7 nights we provide a change of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning. Please dispose of household waste in the designated bins. Rubbish is collected twice a week. Do not leave rubbish in corridors, behind doors, or in common areas.

10. Proper use and damages
Please use all furnishings and equipment properly. It is forbidden to remove any items from the apartment, including towels, blankets, bed linen, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, pans, decorative items, cleaning products and tools, etc. The property is checked on arrival and departure. Guests are fully financially liable for any damage caused. Please report any faults or damage immediately using the provided contact details; we cannot accept retrospective complaints. Any illegal activity in the apartment is strictly prohibited.

11. Fire safety and security
A smoke detector is installed in the apartment. Open flames (candles, incense, etc.) and smoking are prohibited. Before leaving, please make sure that all electrical appliances are switched off. In case of emergency, call the general emergency number 112.

12. Cameras and privacy
There are no cameras operating inside the apartment. If CCTV cameras operate in the common areas of the building, they are managed according to the posted data protection notice.

13. Liability and acceptance
The host is not liable for valuables left in the apartment. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property. The host cannot be held liable and does not pay compensation for damages caused by natural events (e.g. hail, lightning), failures or outages of utility services, or for accidents, personal injuries, or property damage. The host reserves the right to refuse or immediately remove guests who behave in a scandalous manner or do not comply with the house rules. By finalising the booking, you acknowledge and accept the house rules and agree to be responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance. The house rules are binding for every person staying in the apartment; any violation may result in immediate expulsion.
